Chapter 1 – The Azure Archives
- As we arrive to the Azure Span, our help is requested by the Kirin Tor. They have set Camp Antonidas as their main base of operations and are working to safeguard the wild arcane magic located all throughout the zone.
- Kalecgos the Blue Dragon Aspect is also on a mission to reclaim the Azure Oathstone.
- The primalists suddenly attack the Kirin Tor, as they detest the practice of arcane magic.
- With the help of Archmage Khadgar and Kalecgos, the primalists are defeated and we are sent to the Azure Archives to aid Kalecgos.
- The Azure Archives was once a place where blue dragons would gather to discuss magic. Nowadays, Kalecgos is the only one left around.
- To restore order to this place, we have to destroy constructs and elements in the area, and collect their unstable arcane energy.
- Now that the arcane energies have stabilized, we can use the arcane runes to reach the top of the archives.
- Kalecgos tries to reclaim the Azure Oathstone and “reactivates” Sindragosa, the guardian of the Azure Archives.
- Sindragosa tells us that the oathstone’s energy cannot be reclaimed until the ley lines within the Azure Span are repaired.
Chapter 2 – Tuskarr Troubles
- To learn more about the ley lines in the Azure Span, Sindragosa tells us to reach out to the tuskarr, which have lived here for a long time and have a deep knowledge of the land.
- We catch up with Brena, the Iskaara Chieftain, and find out that her caravan was attacked by hyenas.
- It looks like gnolls have been rotting and decaying at a much faster rate than usual and that’s because they’ve been using ley crystals.
- With the aid of the tuskarr we defeat the Twisted Ancient, an ancient tree that’s been used as a weapon by the gnolls, and restore the ley line in the area.
- At the funeral ceremony for the former tuskarr chieftain, Kalecgos thanks Brena for everything that he has learned from the tuskarr community.
- Seeing how close the tuskarr friendships and families are with one another, Kalecgos decides to gather the Blue Dragonflight and uses the Azure Oathstone’s power to send them a message.
Chapter 3 – The Blue Dragonflight
- Raszageth and the primalists are launching an all out assault on Vakthros, a tower that is connected to all the major ley lines in the Azure Span.
- While Kalecgos and Khadgar go ahead to deal with the situation from the sky, we first check out Rhonin’s Shield to make sure that the Kirin Tor are okay, and then we make our way to Vakthros.
- In Vakthrous, Kalecgos is having issues dealing with the primalists. We recover an elemental orb and use it to defeat primalists and gather elemental magic. Khadgar also asks us to rescue some of the mages that were attacked by the primalists in Rhonin’s Shield.
- With the elemental orb being empowered, we destroy several lava beacons that were holding off Kalecgos.
- We also defeat Korthrox the Destroyer, one of Raszageth lieutenants that were called in to reinforce the primalist forces.
- Raszageth forms a massive sphere of energy to push through Khadgar’s defenses. We ride a flying disc and destroy the Storm Ritual Orb.
- A cinematic plays out. Raszageth corners everyone, but more blue dragons arrive to drive her off!
- With the Azure Span being stablized and more blue dragons showing up, we return to the Azure Archives and accompany Kalecgos to claim the Blue Dragon Oathstone.
